Mali, I appreciate your sharing of your life’s journey today! I took pages of notes in my journal to revisit as I journal.

Poetry, for me, is also a way of “encrypting” emotional experiences that cannot be fully described but must be felt, tasted and experienced in a non-direct way. My poems have also been my safety net!

As Richa asked you about EFT tapping, I am totally drawn to that and have heard reference to it before, but don’t know what it is and how to practice it. I am grateful someone will speak directly to that practice in upcoming sessions.

“For us to do it right, we have to do it wrong!” I JUST FINISHED giving approval to the publication of my first book, called: “Spirited Voyager: A Memoir of Motherhood, Mission and Ministry” — which, for me, has been a journey of inner healing after a very fast-paced career in mission and ministry with a fast-moving husband and three beautiful daughters.

The jigsaw puzzle pieces of my life were scattered all over the floor for me emotionally, and writing the book has been my way of putting the puzzle back together, so that I could see the big picture and find it good. Right now I am “standing in that celebratory moment” and have been surprised that not everyone can celebrate with me. That’s okay.

I can celebrate my powerful moment. It is my version of my story.

I would love to stay connected to you and your community!

    Grace and peace,
    Sue

Hello Susan. Thank you so much for taking the time to watch our conversation AND even take notes. Richa and I have been dear friends for years and as my soul sister, she made the sharing so easy. Thank you for your kind words. Please reach out to me via email at mali@soarcommunitynetwork.com so I can provide additional resources for the EFT technique and provide you with additional information about our SOAR and Nebula communities. Also, I’d love to read some of your poetry as well!
Congratulations on your book. How exciting!!
      Warmest regards,
      Mali
