Richa and Tommy, thank you so very much for this conversation! It’s wonderful what your both doing. For me although the same with the years of Recovery and growing spiritually it isn’t until recently dealing with “this last addiction-quieting the mind” that I opened more of the “mail” there to heal more layers of the trauma still in my body that during this Summit came to life to be healed. I am so very excited about the rest of the journey now that I am incorporating meditation. God bless you both!

Dear Lounette, thank you so much for this lovely message. How true, and so well said. This is a journey and I realized that the destination was the journey itself. And now the work is to stay on this path, with co-travelers who are also doing their own work. Thank you for leaving us a comment and for choosing to be in this series with us.

Tommy your heart is so big I can feel it over here, down the internet cables, across the oceans, through the computer screen, when you speak. Loving your wisdom and easy-to-access explanations of some very complex terrain.

Richa, you keep giving me these moments of sheer glee when you talk, something so sweet and potent about your perspective and the way you articulate it. Thank you both so much for generously sharing the gifts of your own painful learning journeys.

Ahhhh dear Shemiran, it was such a pleasure to spend this time in conversation and connection with Tommy and bring this interview here. Thank you for your reflections. Tommy has a way of connecting and coming across the “internet cables” very powerfully for sure, another one of his many gifts. I am so glad I get to do this and also connect with you…you Goddess!!!
